Right after we got back from the beach little Jenna got her first tooth! I was so thankful because she had been drooling, spitting up (does anyone else's kids spit up when teething, or is it just mine?), and waking up several times each night. I'm sure she was pretty thankful too! For my records, she was 5 months, 2 weeks, 2 days old when it came through.
This first picture really doesn't show her tooth now, but when I looked at it on the computer (it was bigger) I could clearly see the white top that had just popped through. If you lean really close to the screen, you might be able to see a little white speck on the bottom of her gums. It's her left front tooth.
Here's a much better picture a few days later after it had come through a little more.
And, here's my attempt at a mother/daughter picture. Definitely not a great picture, but we tried. It was a self-portrait, so I couldn't take Jenna out of the exersaucer to try to pose a little better.
