Stuff I forgot. . .

So, there are, of course, a few things I forgot to mention about Jenna in her two month update.

Sleeping - We've been swaddling Jenna for sleeping, but recently stopped. She seemed annoyed to not have be able to move her arms so it seemed like a good time to transition her out of the swaddle blanket. It was a super easy change for her so I'm glad we did it while she's so young. Trevor slept swaddled until he was four months old (I think), and had a hard time getting used to sleeping without it so I expected it to be harder. She still prefers to sleep while being held during the day, but is now sleeping all night in her bassinet. I have no idea what to do to help her learn how to sleep during the day, so feel free to comment if you have any ideas.

Socializing - Even though Jenna isn't very smiley, she has started to coo. She doesn't do it a lot yet, but it's very cute when she does. It most commonly occurs when she's really annoyed, but she's starting to do it when she's happy as well.

Growth - I took Jenna to her two month check up today, and she now weighs 10 lbs 13 oz (between the 25th and 50th percentile) and is 23 inches long (between 75th and 90th percentile). Her head measured between the 25th and 50th percentiles, but I don't remember the exact measurement.

She's tough - as you'll be able to tell from the pictures below Jenna is a tough girl! She has a big brother who loves her (he told us tonight that she's his friend), but often shows his love with big hugs and squeezes! She takes all that he dishes out, and usually does so without crying.
